2. Switch the machine on and off

(1) It is necessary to open the air or oxygen first, so that the detector flowmeter is about 0.5L/min; Press the detector switch, the detector will start to work, and then turn on the ozone generator after the first zero calibration of the detector (shown on the upper right). When the test is stopped, it is necessary to turn off the ozone generator, then turn off the oxygen, and then turn off the ozone concentration tester, which is used to blow the ozone in the detector;

(2) It is recommended to preheat the machine for 5 minutes and then use it once. It can be used continuously online for 24 hours, and pay attention to the safety of power supply and environmental conditions when using.

(3) In the middle of the use of zero, there must be gas through, the flow meter has a display, (whether through air, oxygen or ozone).

(4) The detector inlet pipe must be made of polytetrafluoroethylene, 316L stainless steel or ozone-resistant corrosion materials, otherwise the pipeline oxidation falls off and pollutes the detection light pool!

(5) The machine is equipped with UV LED light source monitoring system, occasionally there will be zero deviation, can be ignored. The system will adjust according to the brightness of the light source, and if there is zero deviation in the absence of ozone, it can be manually calibrated to remove the zero.
